I had a wonderful experience staying at this resort, with a perfect balance of relaxation and Thai culture. The staff were exceptional and went out of their way to ensure our comfort. The beautiful and expansive pool was a highlight, while the dining options were enjoyable, especially on event nights. However, I did encounter issues with room bookings and management responsiveness, which were disheartening.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The pool area was fantastic and the garden was beautiful. The staff were incredibly nice, and I enjoyed the food. However, there were issues with towel reservations for sunbeds, and the breakfast space was a bit crowded, making it difficult to find a table at times. Overall, it’s a great spot for shopping due to its location, but some improvements could be made regarding the seating arrangements and smoking areas.
